Great toppings, quick delivery and just plain yummy!! I moved to Mid-town West a couple months ago and was quite happy to learn that Two Boots Hells Kitchen delivered to me! Not the same old NYC pizza, some thing to wake up your taste buds!

Wow....Two Boots HK has just gone DOWNHILL!! I stopped ordering from them on the regular a few months back when their pizza started to go a little off track. Tonight I ordered a large "The Bird" specialty pie. I guess you get the entire bird because included in this pie was the meat, a LARGE piece of skin, and cartilage. There's also a mystery meat of some sort that has yet to be identified. On top of all that, the pizza is insanely undercooked, and looks like it was made and cut by somebody who's been drinking rather heavily. We called and got a refund. I have only done that one other time in my 4 years living in Hell's Kitchen in general. I took Photos of this pie, but unfortunately there is no way for me to show them. But it looks like this pie is missing a chromosome. Shame on you Two Boots. You will NEVER get my business again.

You are better off going without food than ordering from Two Boots in Hells Kitchen. The delivery was very late. I called the restaurant twice, and both times I was told that the delivery was on its way. I finally walked over to the restaurant. When I walked in, I expected the place to be busy due to the length of time since I placed my order. The place was empty, and the only people in the restaurant were two employees sitting behind the counter eating pizza. By this time, the order still had not been delivered. The employee who spoke to me was absolutely insulting --- he was the same employee who answered the phone when I called twice earlier and told me that the order was on its way. I highly recommend either skipping a meal or moving on to the next restaurant.

Not a huge fan. Regular cheese pizza - the tomato sauce was a bit spicy. Can't make extra thin pizza.

Love the Mr. Pink and the fact that you can get a whole wheat crust on any pizza you want. Also the cajun garlic bread is awesome and a must try.

Love the pizza here! It's not too greasy and doesn't leave that heavy feeling when you're done eating a couple slices. Or three or four slices... The Bird is my favorite! Great combination of buffalo chicken, blue cheese and scallions. Yum! Delivery can sometimes take longer than other places, but it's worth it!

The bird pizza is a personal favorite! The flavors are a different twist on the standard pizza. They use these green chilis that amazing and packed full of flavor. Plus, you can get a meat and cheese stromboli (we get the Rossellini) for 5.95 and the portions are huge! We have eaten there and had it delivered, and have been pleased both ways.

REALLY good pizza and they have a wheat crust option. I would have given them another star, but they appear to have some really strange delivery issues. Once, they had no wheat crust, which strikes me as something a pizzeria with a wheat crust option would not want to run out of. Also, they have a "local," "Lo-cal," and "Local" tangerine soda option, but half them time they actually send it, and the other half they send root beer without even asking if a substitution is ok. Once, a manager called and he said they never carry it, so I asked how I could get it half the time, and he insisted again that they have never carried it, which struck me as somewhat surreal and made me wonder why they have it on the menu at all, much less three times.

I placed an order for whole wheat earth mother pizza. What I got is a pizza with a white base and hardly any toppings on cheese, it was like eating white bread with tomato sauce.. When I called to ask what happened, I got a blunt "we ran out of whole wheat", that's it. I used to order with them at least twice a week but I am done with them. My last order arrived after 1 hour 15 minutes and they sent me someone else's pizza, the replacement took another hour and a half and no apologies either.

I ordered a margarita pizza assuming it would be the classic buffalo mozz, tomato and basil. What I go was a disgusting soggy mess of creme fraiche (or some other liquid cheese) with watery tomato paste and far too much corn GRIT on the base. Second time I've been burned by this place, and I only ordered this time to see if they got their act together... Their descriptions are basically false. They just make the pizza how they think they should be without any thought for how the customer perceives the menu. PIssed off. I'm uploading a pic of half the pizza. We couldn't finish it.

Took them 1 hour 15 mins to deliver, pizza was lukewarm, delivery guy seemed very sad, the boxes were crumpled and on top of that the pizza was terrible! I ordered a medium "The Dude" hamburger hard as a rock, and I ordered the "Bayou Beast" which was a little better but the crust was thick and had cornmeal on it. I personally like pizza crust that has flavor and without cornmeal all over it. I would never order anything from this place ever again. And we order quite a bit from Seamless Web!

The pizza is great if you like spicy tomato sauce with thin crust and lots of corn meal (which I do). Stick with pizza - the other food is mediocre (and the chicken parm is borderline inedible).
